BRAND EXECUTIVE
ROLE PURPOSE
Under Product Manager Supervision, responsible to achieve company/brand objective in his/her territory in order, such as implanting & controlling marketing program, support to create demand, focus in each brand’s customer targeting, creating specific program to his/her territory and collaborate to sales force etc.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managing his/her territory to achieve brand objective.
    - Implementing, evaluating and monitoring marketing strategy  based on quarterly action plans and tight follow ups (such as : RTD/product presentation 2x each quarter, layman seminar & apotek meeting 1x each quarter etc).
    - Responsible to controlling and maintenance every budget (eg. ROI sponsorship, discount, marketing program budget).
    - Coverage and visit respective doctors target 3x a month (F3) with call rate minimal 5 doctors/day (number of doctors in MLD is +80doctors) and Re-update and maintain target doctors routinely (quarterly)
    - Doing marketing research :
      + Conduct survey with competitor's service or product and collecting feedback and analysis (source : doctor’s feedback, apotek survey etc).
      + Get information about consumer's demand and interest.
  • Building and Developing a relationship with Key Stake Holder/KOL, target doctors (nutritionist clinic doctor, acupuncture and GP aesthetic) and some women organization such as IWAPI (Ikatan Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia), British Chamber Club etc.
  • Get horizontal and vertical approach followed for brand promotion (engagement with sales department).
  • Supporting Product Manager to create marketing program/tools.
  • Delivering the sales volume, objective growth and budget in his/her territory.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
  • Action plan program (marketing activities) vs actual
  • Controlling and maintenance sales volume, growth and  budget in his/her territory
  • Maintenance current customer and addition new prescriber (1 doctor that agree to prescribe our brand).
  • Have regular coordination (weekly coordination) with sales force to connect and collaborate all of information and marketing activities).
  • Propose 1 of specific activities every quarter.
  • Working in days as PT. Sandoz Indonesia SOP and with supervisor (Product Manager)
  • Quality of administration (timely, correctness, neatness etc)
  • Adherence to company policy (SP3, Code of Conduct, Sandoz Value etc)

REQUIREMENTS 
  • Educational: Min. D3 or bachelor graduated in science from reputable university
  • Experience: Min. 1 year working experience in pharmaceutical company,specially in Sales or Marketing.
