SALES TRAINEE
The Job :

• Lead and manage an exclusive sales team from appointed dealers
• Maximize business volume, distribution and merchandising opportunities in the designated territories
• Motivate, train and develop the Dealer`s sales team to provide superior customer service
• Manage and improve the sales team's productivity

Requirements :

• Min a bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, preferebly with 1-3 years experiencein sales of consumer products in FMCG or Pharmaceutical company
• Good inter personal skills
• Possess leadership skill and also a team player
• Possess high integrity
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Possess computer literate
• Possess high self confident
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be relocated to other area in different province
