Leighton Contractors Indonesia is an operating division of Leighton International Limited. We are currently recruiting for a number of staff to fulfill some positions in our expanding Mining & Civil based Projects predominantly in Kalimantan, Indonesia.



Vocational Training Manager (Balikpapan based)
Responsible to coordinates the effective design, development and delivery of all vocational training for the Mining Division of the Company in accordance with identified competency standards with the objective of ensuring that all vocational positions within the Division are competent in the identified relevant standards.

Requirements :

• At least a Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management or Engineering (preferred).
• Required skill(s): Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (both oral & written) ; good knowledge of MS Office and Vocational Training Qualification Frameworks and Systems.
• Able to develop competency based design and assessment.
• Able to implement the Company training vision with strong communication across all project site.
• Self motivated, structured, and have a systematic approach to Vocational Training processes.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in a Vocational Training and Development role. Should be currently in a managerial level.
• The position will be a residential status position based in Balikpapan with extensive travel required to all project sites throughout Indonesia.

Superintendent Systems and Assessment (Balikpapan based)
Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain the competency management system.
• Establish, manage and coordinate the Company wide competency based assessment system.
• The position will be a residential status position based in Balikpapan with extensive travel required to all project sites throughout Indonesia.

Requirements :

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Engineering or other equivalent an advantage.
• Must hold Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
• Should have min 5 years experience in development & implementation of training information systems, training design & delivery, and competency based assessment, in international mining company would be an advantage.
• Have good presentation and training skills.
• Fluent in English and computer literate.
• Have good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
