The company is located in Jakarta and active as an operator of several coal mine concessions in Barito Utara – Kalimantan Tengah. PT Sinomast Mining works end to end from exploration, operating a mine up to marketing to its international trade network.




Site Manager ( Position in Central Kalimantan )
Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall management of coal mining activities at site
• Responsible to cost control in all aspect activities (engineering, production, plant, SHE, HR / GA, and all related aspect)
• Able to reach production target set by management through increase in productivity level effectively, efficiently and safely
• Manage and coach all subordinates to get maximum performance. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly work progress and mine plan report
• Maintain harmonious relationship with local communities to ensure smooth operations
• Able to make guideline in manage operation activities, according to government regulation

Requirements :

• Male, age max 40 years old, Min S1 degree majoring in Mining Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience (managerial level) in coal mining industry
• Able to use MS Office, AutoCad, and software mapping others.
• Having a certificate “ Kepala Teknik Tambang “ and “ Pengawasan Operational Pertama “
• Good conceptual and analytical thinking
• Able to work under pressure
• Having good negotiation, leadership skill, problem solving.

Junior Mine Engineer ( Position in Jakarta )
Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and analyze data exploration for prospect area
• Making report of business development for prospect area
• Support business development at any activities

Requirements :

• Male, age max 30 years old
• Min S1 degree majoring in Mining / Geological Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry
• Ability in Mining software ( AutoCad, ArchiCAD, Minescape, Minex, Surpac Program)
• Having experience in Mining Consulting would be advantage
• Having knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedure and activities.
• Good conceptual and analytical thinking
• Able to work underpressure

Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager ( Position in Central Kalimantan )
Responsibilities :

• Responsible to scheduling, maintenance and repair heavy equipment based on schedule
• Control budget and cost of maintenance planning program
• Responsible to develop and maintain the quality network of supplier
• Ability to equipment strategy development

Requirements :

• Male, age max 40 years old
• Min S1 degree majoring in Machine Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience (managerial level) in coal mining industry
• Experience in maintenance task identification, planning, scheduling, allocation and completion for mining equipment
• Having knowledge in heavy equipment technical and operation, fluid, and oil analysis
• Good conceptual and analytical thinking
• Able to work underpressure
• Having good negotiation, leadership skill, problem solving

Junior Geologist ( Position in Central Kalimantan )
Responsibilities :

• Implementation of development and exploration activities
• Process and calculate estimation of mineral supply
• Organize exploration report
• Observation at mine pit
• Responsible for the grade quality of production

Requirements :

• Male, age max 30 years old
• Min S1 degree majoring in Geological Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry
• Familiar with computer literacy ( MS Word, Excel, Email, Powerpoint, etc)
• Ability in Mining software ( AutoCad, ArchiCAD, Minescape, Minex, Surpac Program)
• Good conceptual and analytical thinking
• Able to work underpressure

SHE Supervisor ( Position in Central Kalimantan )
Responsibilities :

• Developing SHE Management system and programs
• Coordination and monitoring the implementation of SHE Program
• Ensure achievement of SHE target (zero loss time injuiry / LTI )
• Supervise the implementation on safety procedure (base on regulation)
• Supervise reclamation, revegetation activity and also maintain the legal aspect in environment (AMDAL)

Requirements :

• Male, age max 35 years old
• Min D III / S1 degree in Public Health or Mining Engineering or any relevant disciplines.
• Min 3 years experience as SHE in coal mining
• Having certificate K 3
• Holding certification in Occupational Health & Safety Audit would be advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all level

Site Coordinator ( Position in Central Kalimantan )
Responsibilities :

• Responsible to cost control in all aspect activities (engineering, production, plant)

• Handling & monitoring production activities

Requirements :

• Male, age max 35 years old
• Min S1 degree majoring in Mining Engineering from reputable university
