Design Manager (M/E) - DME
Requirements:

• Male/Female, min 30 years of age
• Bachelor degree from reputable university Mechanical/Electrical
• Min 8 years of experience from reputable M/E Consultant
• Able to operate computer (Word, excel) and AutoCad
• Strong leadership and good communication skill

Design Manager (Architect/Infrastructure) - DMA
Requirements:

• Male/Female, min 30 years of age
• Bachelor degree from reputable university Architecture/Civil
• Experienced in leading property companies, especially in designing housing areas

Leasing Manager (Mall) - LM
Requirements:

• Good appearance, attractive
• Minimum 30 years of age
• Having 5 years of experience in leasing department of a shopping center
• Proficient in English, both verbal and writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Aggressive, like challenges, energetic and able to work under tight deadline

Candidates meeting the requirements, but having less experience, will be considered for lower position (assistant manager)
