We are looking for dynamic individuals who are willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges to the following position:

Property Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team (mechanical and electrical, administration) to provide and ensure high standard of service to the tenants
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants to ensure efficient running of building operations.
  • Responsible for preparing the budgets and monthly reporting to the Management
  • Involved in management of all aspects for the building, including handling of customer complaints

Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor degree of any discipline
  • Maximum 45 years of age
  • Good command of English, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar role, with team management responsibilities
  • Experience in property operation with experience in building management would be preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good leadership skill, ability to delegate effectively and monitor the teams’ performance

HR Manager
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Management / Human Resources/Psychology from reputable university.
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior or Industrial Organizational Psychology/HR Management is a plus
  • At least 5-7 years experiences in the similar position.
  • Possesses knowledge in the areas of Talent Management, People and Organizational Capabilities, Measurements, Management & Leadership Development as well as Employee Related Survey.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
  • Dynamic and highly motivated personality is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself.
  • Responsible for all management of training administration, activities as well as development for the Group.
  • Supporting the HR strategy, you will develop and retain employees through innovative people development initiatives.
  • Develops innovative strategies to ensure that the organization has the necessary core competencies and measurements to meet current and future business objectives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments as needed to identify critical issues and root causes.
  • Provide thought leadership, consulting and implementation support, as well as transfer organizational development and change management tools and processes to HR business teams and leaders throughout the organization
