Associate Application Support
Responsibilities:

  • Support users for all application particularly ERP Application
  • Ensure that report are well prepared and delivered to user as required
  • Ensure that all application are running well
  • As person in charge between Users and Vendor for any application which could not be supported by Application Support Division or Package Product Division

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server PL/SQL
  • Advance knowledge in Seagate Crystal Report 9.0
  • Good understanding in Multifinance and Accounting Concept
  • Good understanding in ERP system
  • Well informed about Asset Management Process and Sunsystem Application will be an advantage

Senior Asset Administrator
Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire ICT Asset Activities such as provision of new asset, asset number, good receiving, upgrade, repair and maintenance including monitoring the usage, utilization, replacement, and asset disposal
  • Regular physical capital asset inventory
  • Developing processes and procedure for related activities such as ICT Asset Inventory Control, Computerized Equipment Tracking Processes
  • Providing any regular and ad-hoc report regarding of historical data of ICT asset, Asset Life-Usage and statistic of Installed Software either Microsoft or other product
  • Preparing some information and related analysis in the case of comparing new PCs/Laptop and other purchased IT equipment versus rental/leasing
  • Day to day activities related of managing ICT Asset
  • Taking care administration and involving of insurance claim for any related damaged IT Facilities caused by natural disaster

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Good understanding in Asset Management, Tracking & Protection
  • Excellent Negotiating & Dealing Skill
  • Global product knowledge of related IT Facilities

Associate Service Desk Officer (SDO)
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Services & Support desk Supervisor in managing services support and activities
  • Enable the Service Desk to deliver IT support services to users with high level service of focus on users service including technical support for desktop / helpdesk support
  • To assist the Services Supervisor in all other related duties that pertains to IT Service Group
  • Providing the first point of contact for services to the users
  • Providing service to the agreed Service Desk charter, statement of work and SLAs
  • Managing Incidents and Service Requests throughout their life cycle

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Service desk environment
  • Good knowledge in PC, MS Office, Email, Networking & Cabling, Active Directory, and Anti Virus
  • Having experience in Linux and Mac will be an advantage
  • Good manner of communication to users
  • Helpdesk support integrity
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Strong reporting and technical writing
