WaterDecor is Specialist Water Features Company well established construction and decoration system which  supported by Multi National Company invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

HRD & G.A Supervisor
Minimum Requirements:

• This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic
• Male age max 35 years old
• Responsible for coordinating the implementation and maintenance of the human resources, development program and legal aspect
• Provide advice and support to the Director for the development, implementation, review and revision of the HR & GA Execution Plan
• Education S1 with majoring of Law or Social
• At least 3 years experiences in similar position
• Knowledge of various Standard of Competency, Development Program,Management System., Legal Matters
• Excellent communication skill in English and bahasa both verbal and written.
• Must have hands on attitude to the work environment
• Diligent and able to work pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude

Operation Manager
Minimum Requirements:

• This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic
• Male age max 35 years old
• Responsible for coordinating the implementation of Business Development in team
• Provide advice and support to the Director for the Marketing Strategy implementation system, review and revision of the Business Plan
• Have experiences in Multi National Company in Distributorship, Retail, and able to set Business Plan and monitoring execution
• Having ability to handle Trading and Project’s development
• Education S1 1 / S2 with majoring of Management / Engineering
• At least 10 years experiences in Marketing or Operation position. Preferred have experience in  Technical System, especially in Fountain Part, Pump, Filtration and Pond’s System
• Knowledge of various Standard of Inspection and Management System such as ISO, SOP, etc
• Excellent communication skill in English and bahasa both verbal and written. Mandarin will be advantage
• Must have hands on attitude to the work environment
• Diligent and able to work pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude
