RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT GRADUATE TRAINEE
Through this program you can expect to:

• Experience both of-site and on site training specially designed by management teams.

Requirements :

• Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/ Food Technology (GPA 3.00 and above) from reputable University
• Excellent interpersonal team-working and communication skills with leadership qualities.
• Willing to be relocated in Cikarang and overseas assignments within Asia.
• Fresh Graduates or those with less than 2 years experience are encouraged to apply.

FINANCE GRADUATE TRAINEE.
Finance Graduates will gain a valuable overview of the business through participation in business planning, forecasting, investment analysis, preparation of management accounts and budgetary control. You will work closely with commercial and production departments to analyse performance, building up a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

You are responsible for efficient use of raw materials, planning and organizations of production processes and personnel to meet the respective business unit’s production requirements and standard. This role calls for special combination of talents and it is important that graduates become one of the team and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
