Safety Engineer
Job Description:

  • Liaison with Internal, external parties and Regulatory Authorities for smooth Asset operations on Environmental and CSR activities,
  • Plan, promote and maintain good working relations with government, and business partners activities,
  • Follow up and report on direction and changes of government policies,
  • Recommend strategy to deal with change,
  • Set up and inplement SSHE policy persuant to the company and authority requirements.

Requirement:
  • Willingness to travel,
  • Bachelor degree in safety or environmental engineering or related technical field,
  • 5+ years experience in safety or environmental in petroleum industry,
  • Good understanding on environmental impacts of offshore petroleum operations,
  • Comprehensive understanding in related SSHE laws, regulations and overall process of authorities in upstream petroleum industry,
  • Excellent command in English,
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines,

Accounting Manager
Job Description:
  • Manage and ensure Finance and Accounting activities including treasury, insurance procurement & claims, WPB, Cost control analysis & reports, payment, cash call and tax compliance to respond business requirement Procurement & Contact,
  • Plan, manage and control Asset procurement planning, process & administration including prepare contract tender / document and negotiation services to Asset,
  • Coordinate with Corporate ICT for IT set up, maintain and technical solution on Telecommunication systems, networks, etc.,
  • Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Procurement, legal, HR, IT for effective communication and reporting system, consultation & ensure alignment of standards & practices,
  • Establish finance and accounting/ budgeting policy and procedure to be in line with the terms and principles of the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) and PSCs,
  • Work with IT for implementing of financial accounting system,
  • Manage the annual budget and AFE management,
  • Monitor cash flows and using the same to manage cash call,
  • Perform accounting closing to be in line with PSC and statutory requirement e.g. accrual, cost allocation (TimeWriting), inter-co transaction, revaluation,
  • Manage payment process, tax compliance and insurance,
  • Exercise proper control of the Asset s fixed assets,
  • Manage audit matters i.e. PSC audit, JV audit, Statutory audit,
  • Prepare financial reports, SOE, management reports,
  • Coordinate with HQ to establish risk management process at Asset level,
  • Update the Asset/ HQ regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the asset s business operation,

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in upstream oil and gas,

Job Description:

IT (General)

Job Description:
  • Establish IT policy and procedure to be in line with business strategy,
  • Develop IT infrastructure i.e. network/ land connection, email, telecommunication, backup resource, covering product evaluation, installation, testing, maintenance and support,
  • Monitor computing resource requirement of application system to be used in capacity and resource planning,
  • Ensure that user access profile and security access control procedure are properly managed to avoid violation of business confidentiality,
  • Participate in implementation of ERP covering designing, developing, implementing, installation, testing and support,
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity problem,
  • Interface with users in Subsurface to provide solutions for their requirement,
  • Ensure enough computing capacity to serve technical portfolio requirement,
  • Provide system hardware and software consultation on Subsurface technical application to end-users,
  • Coordinate with HQ to establish risk management process at Asset level,
  • Update the Asset/ HQ regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the asset s business operation.

Human Resource Officer
Job Description:
  • Plan, manage and perform HR and General administration activities covering recruitment, work permit for the company secondment, employees fringe benefits and compensation, office set up and maintenance, housekeeping, business travel arrangement, company car, reception, & security services, etc.,
  • HR management for National staff including local recruitment & benefit administration,
  • Recommend supervisor on how to dissolve any conflict issues related to employees and/ or contractors personnel before taking any action.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree in HR management or administration or any field,
  • 7+ years experience in HR management and administration,
  • Comprehensive understanding in Indonesian labor laws, regulations and overall process of authorities in upstream petroleum industry,

  • Conduct technical study to evaluate field potential covering Seismic acquisition, Field potential evaluation, Prospect identification, evaluation and ranking, Exploration program planning and well targeting, Drilling monitoring, Post well evaluation and,
  • Report exploration activities/work progress to Asset and Line function,
  • Manage exploration and related technical study procurement & contract,
  • Coordinate with Asset to ensure Exploration work program and activities to meet the time, cost and quality targets,
  • Coordinate with Drilling and related services functions to ensure planning and execution exploration campaigns and planned,
  • Ensure that exploration activities are conducted in compliance with PSC, JOA, Company standards, procedures, and guideline,
  • Represent Asset on Technical issues meeting related to Exploration project.

Geologist
Job Description:
  • Regional petroleum exploration work / experience on well and seismic sequence interpretation,
  • Block evaluations, petroleum evaluations of various stratigraphic intervals, prospect generation and prospective area ranking,
  • Sequence stratigraphy analysis,
  • Integration of all G&G available data to classify play fairways and trap types,
  • Formulate exploration program based on basin analysis, risk assessment, ultimate potential and economic analysis,
  • Develop a methodology for field reserve estimation,
  • Sedimentology of both clastic and carbonate environment,
  • Structural analysis,
  • Basin Modeling,
  • Advise on 3D geological / Reservoir modeling,

  • Detailed structural, amplitude and fault mapping utilizing 2D and 3D seismic data,
  • Integration of subsurface correlations from well and production data,
  • Planning and documenting exploration, delineation and development wells,
  • Monitoring drilling activities,
  • Develop staff competency and mentoring of lesser experienced geophysicists.

Requirement:
Minimum experiences 15 years.
