PT Rolman is a Rubber Manufacturer Company that located in Gn Putri – Bogor. We are looking for some highly dynamic, self-motivated, and self-starter professionals to fill the following positions :



PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :

• Overall management of day to day production operation.
• Full production control to achieve the right quality, quantity, time and cost.
• Improving productivity & cost efficiency.
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
• Training & coaching the production team to achieve company goal.

Requirements :

• Male, maximum 35 years old.
• S1 Degree majoring in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
• Having min. 3 years experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing industries.
• Excellent knowledge in production management & process control.
• Excellent communication both oral & written.
• Sound problem solving capacity which supported by strong analytical skill.
• Ability to build and be a part of strong teamwork.
• Be dynamic, has positive attitude, self motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skill.

SALES EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS :

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Min.S1 degree in marketing management or mechanical/ industrial engineering, with proven track of record
• Have valid driving license C as well as A
• Own vehicle minimal motorcycle
• Excellent spoken & written in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinker
• Good understanding and wide range connection to B2B market
