English Trainer
Responsibilities:

• To design, develop and conduct English and Bahasa Indonesia Training program in line with the training need analysis of the company to enhance English ability for the Indonesian employee & Bahasa Indonesia ability for expatriates
• To identify the training needs and develop training materials with effective delivery of the training program through innovative style & methods
• To ensure the requisite quality standards of the training programs to meet Corporate Training Objectives through training evaluation & feedback

Requirements:

• S1 in English with preferably 1-3 years of experience in conducting and developing English Training Program/Course
• Conversant with English Teaching engineers/technical group
• Male/female, single, age 23-30 yrs
• Sound knowledge of English and Training techniques
• Energetic, dynamic with high achievement and result orientation
• Self driven and willing to put extra efforts to achieve high standards of training in terms of post training improvement
• Computer literate, sound knowledge and skill on MS Office, Open Office, Outlook, Power Point and Internet Browsing will be an added advantage
• Willing to relocate and work at Purwakarta, West Java

Sr. Officer of HR & OD
Responsibilities:
HRMS, HR processes (manpower planning, manpower reports, recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management system, company magazine, and other HR processes)

Requirements:

• S1 in Psychology/ Management/ Human Resources with 3 - 6 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Age around 26 – 30 years
• Having sound knowledge of : Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organization Development, Performance Management System, HR administration, Other HR initiatives
• Sound high Analytical Thinking, Achievement Orientation, and good Communication skills
• Able to demonstrate effective Team Leadership with result orientation
• Well conversant in operating computer (Ms. Office), especially Power Point and Advance Excel
• English proficiency both writing and speaking is MUST
