SENIOR PIPELINE ENGINEER – JAKARTA
Job Requirements:
• Shall have a minimum of 10 years working experience in Oil and gas Industry for Offshore and Onshore projects.
• Shall have a n Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent).
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards and common industry practices for design of subsea pipelines, risers and associated facilities.
• Should have working experience in various pipeline engineering design activities, including:
- Pipeline and riser mechanical design such as thickness, stability, expansion, spanning, collapse, etc. Pipeline, riser and spool stress analysis.
- Have a working knowledge of offshore construction and equipment.
- Shall have experience in preparation of MTO s, Cost Estimates, schedules, material and equipment specifications and data sheets.
• Shall be Computer literate, i.e. shall be able to work on MS Office or equivalent.
Experience in the use of AutoPIPE software is preferred. Experience in the use of industry standard software packages would also be an advantage.
• Shall possess good communication skills in English language. Previous experience as a Team Leader and Good Team Player, and the ability to work with minimum supervision would be an added advantage.

PIPELINE ENGINEER
Requirements:

SENIOR PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER - JAKARTA
Job Requirements:
• Must possess minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized, fully accredited university in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas Engineering, Refining, Petrochemical Engineering/ Operation/ Design and Commissioning Support for Lead Process Safety Engineering.
• Shall have good written and spoken English language communication skills.
• Should possess hands on experience in handling Process Engineering softwares like PIPENET, FLARESIM etc.
• Should be able to perform fire water hydraulic calculations and develop process safety drawings like hazardous area classification with precise knowledge.
• Should have analytical knowledge and report writing capabilities.
• Should be familiar with international codes and standards applicable for Process Safety Engineering (NFPA, SOLAS, API, IP etc) in Oil and Gas industry.
• Should have enough supervisory skill to manage a team of drafters.
• Should be able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines.
• Should be a fast learner and a team worker.
• Should be able to interact with 3rd party specialist for safety studies.

SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER – OFFSHORE
Job Requirements:
• Possess recognized degree in Civil or Structural Engineer.
• 10 to 15 years experience in Structural analysis and design in Oil and Gas industry offshore platforms.
• Preferably experience in the use of SACS Software for the design of offshore structures.
• Experience in both green and brown field will be advantage.
• Should possess good communication skills in English language.
• Should hold Indonesia citizenships and ready to be placed in Jakarta or Balikpapan.
• Should be able to work effectively in team, maintain good quality of work, and possess good analytical skills in problem solving.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Job Requirements:
• Should have an Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• Should have at least 10 years relevant working experience in an engineering organization of oil and gas industry for Offshore and Onshore projects and/or petrochemical/power plant projects.
• Should be conversant with electrical engineering analysis software such as ETAP / EDSA for conducting and concluding the various studies (covering Load Flow, Short Circuit, Transient Stability, Motor Starting, Relay Coordination, Harmonic Analysis studies). Having exposure to working in 3D projects utilizing PDS / PDMS would be an added advantage.
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards (NEC, ANSI, IEC, NEMA, etc.).
• Should have working experiences in various electrical design activities, including but not limited to:
- Calculations (such as Lighting, Earthing and Cable Sizing).
- Electrical layout preparation (such as Cable and Cable Tray Layouts, Lighting Layouts, including Layouts etc).
- Electrical Bulk Material Take Off (MTOs) and familiar with electrical equipment selection for hazardous area environments (both NEC and IEC).
• Should have knowledge in computer literate, i.e. MS Office or equivalent. Having experiences on 2D CAD tools such as AutoCAD and/or Microstation, 3D modeling tools (PDS or PDMS) exposure would be preferable and an added advantage.
• Should possess good communication skills in English language.
• Should hold Indonesia citizenships and ready to be placed in Jakarta.
• Should be able to work effectively in team, maintain good quality of work, and possess good analytical skills in problem solving.

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Should have at least 5 years relevant working experience in an engineering organization of oil and gas industry. Candidate with more than 8 years relevant working experience can be considered as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
• Should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering Degree from a recognized university with a good score of GPA.
• Should possess good English and able to communicate clearly and efficiently with other parties including other discipline engineers, vendors, client representatives, etc.
• Team spirit, team play and attitude to learn are essential.
• Should have knowledge in computer literate, i.e. able to work on Ms Office or equivalent, also familiar with mechanical design software such as Codecalc (PVELITE is preferable).
• Should be familiar with International Codes such as ASME/ANSI/ASTM/DIN/BS/API etc.
• Able to design pressure vessels, tanks, columns.
• Able to review vendor documents, data and drawings.
• Able to prepare specifications, data sheets and requisitions for static and rotating equipment.

Job Requirements:

PROJECT ENGINEER
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
• Preferably registered Professional Engineer.

• Experience to handle project meeting, project filling and archiving system.
• Ensure the proper coordination between the Engineering and Procurement disciplines.

Job Requirements:
• Experience: 10 years estimating experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery projects or facilities.

• Familiar with international industrial code and standard.
• Possess leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:
• Shall have an engineering degree.
• Has 10 years experience as QA/HSE in oil and gas.
• Has 5 -7 years experience conduct audit QA/HSE.
• Extensive knowledge of QA/HSE management system, rules and regulation with regard to HSE, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, ISO 9001.
• Extensive experience in documenting system s manual and procedures, safety Induction, auditing, incident investigation and monthly reporting of statistics and HSE analysis.
• Familiar with QA/HSE requirements of Oil & Gas industries as well as onshore fabrication and offshore platforms working procedures.
• Certification Lead Auditor ISO9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:
• Must possess minimum Diploma / Certificate in Engineering drafting from a recognized institution / Technical school in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas projects related drafting.
• Should be able to generate process drawings like P&IDs and safety drawings like safety equipment layout etc with good accuracy and speed.
• Should have sufficient knowledge about the drafting standards and AutoCAD library.
• Shall have good written and spoken English language communication skills.
• Should possess hands on experience in handling drafting softwares like AutoCAD, Microstation etc.
• Should be a fast learner and a team worker.

SENIOR PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and monitor a CPM schedule for the project,
• Do Performed sensitive analysis on the CPM schedule and corrective action to be taken,
• Prepare plan and monitor cost to identify the cost and cash flows,
• Do sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecast,
• Cost Control,
• Contract Administration (in related with CLIENT): Contracting strategy, Estimate price, provide contract agreement packages, negotiation, payment monitoring status, controlling contract status and prepare additional work claims, coordinate with technical team to prepare insurance requirement and contract perform,
• Subcontractor Administration (subcontracting strategy, estimation price and ensure with technical team for scope of work, prepare subcontract agreement packages, review proposal price and negotiation, payment monitoring status and control subcontracting status),
• Procurement Activity: Price Estimation, prepare Purchase Order Contract and control Purchase Order status,
• Preparation of Histogram Man-hours report to compare and control the actual and plan of man-hours,
• Prepare Progress Measurement System,
• Prepare Project Report (Weekly and Monthly),
• Contribute to the change management process, analyzing and reporting schedule and cost impacts to the project.
Required Qualification:
• Ideally about more than 10 yrs Oil &Gas project experience,
• Practical extensive experience in planning and scheduling,
• Expertise on project controls and planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.,
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases,
• Team player with a willingness to share ideas with multi-disciplinary team members,
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills,
• Good numerical, analytical and literacy skills with a strong attention to detail,
• Possess good planning and organizational skills and be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.
